BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and the <br />City Attorney are hereby instructed to monitor the <br />administrative disposition of this matter with full <br />authority to take whatever steps are necessary to express <br />the Council's concerns at such time and in such forums as <br />they deem appropriate. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward copies of this ~esolution to <br />the Portsmouth Delegation to the Virginia General Assembly. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 27, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
