terms of which shall be specified and performance <br />guaranteed within a specific time. <br /> <br /> (I) Historic Limited Business: The fcllowing <br />regulations shall apply to such Historic Limited <br />Sub-Districts as are established: <br /> <br /> (2) The Commission of Architectural Review for <br />Olde Town, Cradock and Truxtun may issue a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for alterations proposed in the Historic <br />Limited Business Sub-District established on Afton Parkway <br />in Cradock (February 10, 1976). The Commission of <br />Architectural Review for Port Norfolk and Park View may <br />issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for alterations <br />proposed in the Historic Limited Business Sub-District <br />established in Port Norfolk (April 26, 1983), and the <br />Historic Limited Office Sub-District established in Park <br />View (April 1, 1984). Upon application, the City Planning <br />Commission may, at a regular monthly meeting, consider <br />recommending a special exception which would alter the <br />required off-stree~ parking and loading requirements in the <br />Historic Limited Business Sub-District established on <br />Alton Parkway in Cradock, the Historic Limited Business <br />Sub-Districts established in Port Norfolk and the Historic <br />Limited Office Sub-District established in Park View. The <br />Commission shall take into account the relationship of such <br />plot to other spaces and structures located in, or proposed <br />for the Zoning District and in arriving at its <br />recommendation may Cite comprehensive plan elements <br />relative thereto. The Commission shall forward to the City <br />Council a written report setting forth the extent to which <br />requirements will be altered by special exception and <br />justification therefor. Upon considering such Planning <br />Commission recommendation, the City Council may, at a <br />regularly scheduled meeting, grant a special exception, the <br />terms of which shall be specified .and perfcrmance <br />guaranteed within a specific time. <br /> <br /> 2.
