AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE PUMPER, <br />HOSE AND REHABILITATION OF EXISTING FIRE APPARATUS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of One Hundred <br />Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 (S175,000.)
