ZONING AMENDMENT Z-87-25 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75 and <br />Residential R-75-S the property described in Petition for <br />Zoning Amendment No. Z-87-25 is hereby amended and changed so <br />as to show said property zoned as Industrial M-l-K, and that <br />said property is zoned as Industrial M-1-K. <br /> <br /> The property affected by this Ordinance is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-87-25 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the north <br />right-of-way of Power Street 80'+ east <br />from its intersection with HamilTon <br />Avenue; thence north 108' to a point; <br />thence east 285'+ to a point; thence <br />south 65'+ to th~ north right of. way of <br />Power Street; thence west along said <br />right-of-way 70'~; thence south along <br />said right-of-way 45'~' thence continuing <br />west along said right-of-way 220'~ to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />upon the <br /> <br />Parcel 71 <br />provided above shall be removed. <br /> <br /> (b) The property described herein <br />only for employee parking and light storage. <br /> <br />Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-87-25 is conditioned <br />following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (a) The two existing apartment buildings on <br /> of Tax Map 199 and included in the description <br /> <br />shall be used <br /> <br /> (c) The property will be enclosed with an eight <br />foot (8') high chain link type fence constructed in a <br />manner to assure compliance with S40-40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 8, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
