AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXTENSION OF <br />RIVERFRONT PARK AND THE LIGHTSHIP PARK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE KING'S CROSSING CONDOMINIUMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($150,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Program for <br />improvements to the extension of Riverfront Park and the <br />Lightship Park in conjunction with the Development Agreement <br />for the King's Crossing Condominiums. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 8, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
