AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 40-121 (a) <br />TO THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT MIXED USE SUBAREA. <br /> <br />PORTSMOUTH, <br /> (i), PERTAINING <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That ~40-121 (a) (i) be amended by deleting therefrom <br />the following described use: <br /> <br /> Dwellings, single, multi-family, townhouses and two <br />family. <br /> <br /> 2. That ~40-121 (a) (i) be amended by including therein <br />the following described uses: <br /> <br /> Dwellings, single, two-family, and multi-family. <br /> <br /> Dwellings, multi-family attached row townhouses <br />without common interior halls or entrances upon the granting <br />of a use permit as provided in this chapter. <br /> <br /> 3.
