ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-87-16 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Commercial <br />C-2 the property described in petition for Zoning Amendment <br />Z-87-16 is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> The property affected by this Ordinance is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-87-16 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest intersection of <br />George Washington and Wirt Avenue; thence south- <br />westerly along the west right-of-way of George <br />Washington Highway 170'~; thence west 25'; thence <br />north 108' to the south right-of-way of Wirt <br />Avenue; thence east along said right-of-way 180' <br />to George Washington Highway, the Point of Be- <br />ginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
