AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $60,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT 242 ELM AVENUE <br />FOR USE AS A TRANSITIONAL GROUP HOME FOR MENTALLY RETARDED <br />ADULTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty Thousand and 00/100 ($60,000°) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of property at 242 <br />Elm Avenue for use as a transitional group home for mentally <br />retarded adults. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 22, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
