ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-87-19. BE IT ORDAINED by Virginia: the Council of the City of Portsmouth, 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-60-K ~Conditional), the property described in petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-87-19 is hereby amended and changed so as to revise the conditfons contained in Ordinance No. 1985-40 pertainlng to parcel 2 as described therein and that said property shall be shown on said map zoned as Residential R-60-K (Conditional). 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: Parcel 2 (Residential R-60-K Conditional) Beginning on the south right-of-way of West Norfolk Road 121.67' west from its intersection with the south right-of-Way of Southern D~rive and thence southerly 2,119.73' to establish the true point of beginning; thence southerly 621.42'; thence southwesterly 135' to the approximately low water line of n.~Carney Creek; thence in a westerly direction along said low water line to a point; thence leaving said line in a westerly direction 180' to a point; thence northerly 67.07'; thence easterly 267~82~thence ~a~rly 120.45' thence southeasterly 358.28'; thence easterly 320'; thence northeasterly 703.33' to the True Point of Beginning. 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-87-19 i~ conditioned upon the following: a. Parcel 2 shall De developed as 147 low-rise and 41 town house condominiums in accordance with Group Housing Project GHP-87-13. b. The remaining conditions contained in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-85-21 applicable to parcel 2 shall remain in full force and effect.
