AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ROOF REPAIRS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH <br />BUILDING, THE CITY PARK CEMETERY OFFICE, THE PORT NORFOLK <br />RECREATION CENTER, PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE AT THE CITY COMPOUND <br />AND THE MAIN LIBRARY BRANCH. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($50,000.)
