AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $135,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF CSX RAILROAD <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM THE CITY'S BOUNDARY WITH CHESAPEAKE TO TWIN <br />PINES ROAD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by~he Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand and <br />00/100 ($135,000.)
