AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $415,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE-PORTION OF THE <br />WESTERN FREEWAY PROJECT DESIGNATED AS THE TOWNE POINT ROAD <br />PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City.~.of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred Fifteen~Thousand and <br />00/100 (S415,000.)
