AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $86,400. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR MONITORING AND SPECIFIGATION WRITING <br />UNDER PHASE I AND II OF THE CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX ASBESTOS <br />REMOVAL PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Cit~ of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Eighty-Six Thousand, <br />Four Hundred and 00/100 ($86,400.)
