That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made <br />a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Commercial C-2, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-87-8, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as no show said propersy zoned as <br />Residential R-75, and that said propersy is hereby zoned as <br />Residential R-75. <br /> <br /> 2.
