ZONING ORDIIqAIqCE AMENDMENT Z-87-12 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virgmnia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portmon of the zonmng map attached no and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virgmnia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendmenm Number Z-87-12, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as ~o show said properny zoned as <br />Commercial C-2, and that said properny ms hereby zoned as <br />Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. The propermy affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-87-12 <br /> <br />Beginning an the northwest intersection of <br />Cumberland Avenue and Scott Street; thence <br />wesm along the north right-of-way of Scott <br />Street 90'; thence north 108.5'; thence easm <br />90' to the wesn right-of-way of Cumberland <br />Avenue; thence south along said right-of-way <br />108.5' to Scott Street, the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virgmnma, at a meeting held on July 28, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
