AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $490,453. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN <br />DOUGLAS PARK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of'Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Four <br />Hundred Fifty-Three and 00/100 ($490,453.)
