ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-87-13 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Office <br />Residential OR-75-K (Conditional) the property described in <br />petition for zoning amendment Z-87-13 is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to revise the conditions contained in <br />Ordinance No. 1984-35 pertaining to the herein described <br />property and that said property shall be shown on said map <br />zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-87-13 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the northeastern <br />right-of-way intersection of Cedar Lane and <br />West Norfolk Road; thence S 45° 27' 25" E, a <br />distance of 98.09', to the point on the <br />northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road; <br />thence along the northern right-of-way of West <br />Norfolk Road N 74° 45' 05" E, a distance of <br />197.93' to the True Point of Beginning; thence <br />N 2° 16' 21" W, a distance of 344.66', to a <br />point; thence N 89° 17' 33" E, a distance of <br />241.19', to a point; thence S 1° 12' 27" W, a <br />distance of 299.58', ro a point on the <br />northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road; <br />thence along the northern rIght-of-way of West <br />Norfolk Road S 80° 32' 35" W, a distance of <br />118.92', to a point; thence along the northern <br />right-of-way of West Norfolk Road S 75° 45' <br />05" W, a distance of 107.68', to the True <br />Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-83-26 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered ky the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (a) The condition contained in ParagraDh 3 (a) <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-83-26 shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> <br />
