AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE STREET-TREE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.)
