AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $239,000. FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE 1987 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of~ Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($239,000.)
