FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CHARLES PEETE <br />LEAGUE RECREATION FACILITY. <br /> <br />LITTLE <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($100,000.)
