(a) Topographic survey of existing conditions: <br /> <br /> (i) Both sides of adjoining streets with center <br />line and curb and gutter elevations and slopes and height, <br />width and thickness of paving. <br /> <br /> (ii) Outfall for storm water to proper catch <br />basins (indicate sizes and slopes of existing pipes). <br /> <br /> (iii) Existing sanitary sewer facilities, size amd <br />location, inverts. <br /> <br /> (iv) Location of proposed parking lot to the <br />nearest street or streets and their names. <br /> <br />(b) Boundary survey shall show the following: <br /> <br />(i) Easements if any. <br /> <br />(ii) Ail monumenEs. <br /> <br /> (iii) Meets and bounds description of proposed <br />development setting forth the ownership of proposed parking <br />lot and adjacent properties. <br /> <br />(c) Improvements: <br /> <br /> (i) Drainage computations from proposed <br />development to proper pickup point. <br /> <br /> (ii) <br />elevations. <br /> <br />Curb, gutter and sidewalk grades and <br /> <br />(iii) Elevation of finish floor of building. <br />(iv) All proposed elevations and slopes for <br /> <br />grading. <br /> <br /> (v) Proposed connection with sanitary sewer with <br />grades and computations. <br /> <br />(vi) Detail of curb and street pavement design. <br /> <br /> (vii) Driveways shall be dimensioned and noted to <br />be seven (7) inches, three thousand (3000) pounds (A.E.) mixed <br />from curb or existing road to property line. <br /> <br /> (viii) <br />plan submitted. <br /> <br />Legend shall be shown appropriate to the <br /> <br /> (ix) Internal drainage will be required for site <br />and parking lot. Driveways between property line and curb <br />shall be allowed to flow in the street. <br /> <br /> <br />
