(5) "Razor:" A keen-edged instrument for shaving or <br />cutting hair. <br /> <br /> (6) "Switchblade knife:" A pocket knife having the <br />blade spring-operated so that pressure on a release catch <br />causes it to fly open. <br /> <br /> (7) "Slingshot:" A cord adapted so as to throw <br />stones or other projectiles through a rapid swinging <br />movement of the arm. <br /> <br /> (8) "Spring stick:" A spring-loaded metal stick <br />activated by pushing a button which rapidly and forcefully <br />telescopes the weapon to several times its original length. <br /> <br />Section 21-40. Forfeiture of certain weapons used in <br /> commission of criminal offense. <br /> <br /> Ail pistols, shotguns, rifles, dirks, bowie knives, <br />switchblade knives, razors, slingshots, brass or metal <br />knucks, blackjacks, stun weapons and tasers, as defined in <br />section 18.2-308.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as <br />amended, and other weapons used by any person or persons in <br />the commission of a criminal offense, may, upon conviction <br />of such person or persons so using the same, be forfeited <br />to the Commonwealth by order of the court trying the case, <br />which shall make such disposition of such weapons as it <br />deems proper by entry of an order of record. <br /> <br />Section 21-83. Unlawful acts relating to juveniles. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unalwful for any person knowingly to <br />sell, rent, or loan to a juvenile, or to knowingly display <br />for commercial purposes in a manner whereby juveniles may <br />examine and peruse: <br /> <br /> (1) Any picture, photograph, drawing, sculpture, <br />motion picture film, or similar visual representation or <br />image of a person or portion of the human body which <br />depicts sexually explicit nudity, sexual conduct or <br />sadomasochistic abuse and which is harmful to juveniles, <br /> <br />or <br /> <br /> (2) Any book, pamphlet, magazine, printed matter <br />however reproduced, or sound recording which contains any <br />matter enumerated in subparagraph (1) of this subsection, <br />or explicit and detailed verbal descriptions or narrative <br />accounts of sexual excitement, sexual conduct or <br />sadomasochistic abuse and which, taken as a whole, is <br />harmful to juveniles. <br /> <br />Section 21-115. Trespass generally. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful to trespass upon any property, of <br />another person on or upon any property of the city~ <br /> <br /> <br />
