Upon conviction of a violation of this section, the defendant shall be punished as provided in section 23-292 of this Code. Section 23-292. Penalty. Unless otherwise provided herein, any person convicting of violating, or pe~mitting, suffering or allowing anyone to violate any of the provisions of this division shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars (S5.00) and not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). DIVISION 6. Unmetered Off-Street Parking Lots and Garages. Section 23-293. Designation of parking lots and garages of the City of Portsmouth. The following described sarcets of land and parking garages owned, leased, controlled, operated or used by the City of Portsmouth are designated as City of Portsmouth unmetered parking lots and garages for the purposes of this division: (a) civic Center Parking Garage. The underground parking structure located immediately north of Columbia Street between Crawford and Water Streets shall be known and designated as the "Civic Center Parking Garage." (b) Court Street Parking Lot. The parcel of land in Olde Towne located on the west side of Court Street between 358 and 366 Court Stree5 shall be known and designated as the "Court S~reen Parking Lot." (c) Elizabeth Square Parking Lot. The parcel of land in Olde Towne located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Court and Glasgow Street~°shall be known and designated as the "Elizabeth Square Parking Lot." (d) Glasgow Square Parking Lot. The parcel of land Olde Towne located on the south side of the 300 block of Glasgow Street shall be known and designated as the "Glasgow Square Parking Lo~." (e) Greenwich Square Parking Lot. The parcel of land in Olde Towne located on the north and south sides of the 500 block of Glasgow Street shall be known and designated as the "Greenwich Square Parking Lot."
