The parcel of land in <br />Olde Towne located on the south side of the 500 <br />block of Hampton Place between 511 and 519 Hampton <br />Place shall be known and designated as the "Hampton <br />Place Parking Lot." <br /> <br />Norfolk Square Parking Lot. The parcel of land in <br />Olde Towne located behind and to the east and west <br />of 211 North Street shall be known and designated <br />as the "Norfolk Square Parking Lot." <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />North Street Parking Lot. The parcel of land in <br />Olde Towne located north of the 400 block of North <br />Street and behind 424-432 North Street shall be <br />known and designated as the "North Street Parking <br />Lot." <br /> <br />(i <br /> <br />PortCentre Parking Lot. The parcel of land <br />located immediately west of the southern branch of <br />the Elizabeth River between 801 Crawford Street and <br />Wythe Street shall be known as the "PortCentre <br />Parking Lot." <br /> <br />(J <br /> <br />Red Lion Square Parking Lot. The parcel of land located <br />at the western end of the block bounded by First, <br />Second, Wythe, and Harrison Streets shall be known <br />as the "Southside Parking Lot." <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Waverly Parking Lot. The parcel of land in Olde <br />Towne located on the south side of Waverly <br />Boulevard behind 411 and 415 Waverly Boulevard with <br />access to Dinwiddie Street shall be known and <br />designated as the "Waverly Parking Lot." <br /> <br />Section 23-294. Designation of the parking lots and parking <br /> garages of Portsmouth Parking Authority. <br /> <br /> The following described parcels of land and parking <br />garages controlled, operated, or used by the Portsmouth <br />Parking Authority are hereby designated as Portsmouth Parking <br />Authority parking lots and garages for the purpose of this <br />division: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Central Parking Garage. The garage structure <br />located at the southeast corner of the intersection <br />of Crawford and Columbia Streets shall be known and <br />designated as the "Central Parking Garage." <br /> <br /> <br />
