of Portsmouth in 1979 (S-79-13); thence in a <br />southerly direction along the center line of <br />said former Maryland Avenue 15' to the <br />northern boundary of Meander Road; thence <br />along the northern boundary of Meander Road to <br />a point at which the said northern boundary of <br />Meander Road intersects the southern boundary <br />of lot 1941 as shown on the aforesaid plat of <br />the Port Norfolk Land Company; thence easterly <br />along the southern boundary of said lot 1941 <br />72.4' to the southern boundary of lot 1918 as <br />shown on the aforesaid plat of the Port <br />Norfolk Land Company; thence continuing along <br />the southern boundary of lot 1918 a distance <br />of 151' to the point of beginning on the <br />western boundary of Chautauqua Avenue. Said <br />parcel containing 14,593 square feet. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he <br />hereby is, authorized to sign such deeds and other documents <br />as may be necessary to carry out the intent of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 8, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
