NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the certain group housing <br />project consisting of seventy-two (72) units of housing for <br />the elderly on the parcel of property described above and <br />designated as GHP-86-8 and more specifically described in <br />correspondence from Hoggard-Eure Associates dated August <br />12, 1986 and Kramer/Levy Associates dated August 27, 1986 <br />as shown on plans designated "Manner Greenhouse" filed with <br />the appropriate officials of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, such correspondence and plans being made a part <br />hereof, is hereby granted approval subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Approval for construction with the City of <br />Norfolk and C & P utility easements be obtained and <br />submitted for review and approval to the Department of <br />Engineering and Technical Services. <br /> <br /> 2. A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering and Technical <br />Services for review and approval which includes the <br />proposed access from Haysom Street. <br /> <br /> 3. An instrument in form and content approved by the <br />City Attorney duly executed and acknowledged which <br />restricts the group housing project to being housing for <br />the elderly as defined by ~40-31 of the City Code, such <br />instrument to be properly recorded in the Clerk's Office of <br />the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held January 27, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
