(c) The use permit is granted to the Portsmouth <br />Community Services Board and/or their designee for a <br />substance abuse rehabilitation and treatment facility and is <br />not transferable to any other ~erson or entity. <br /> <br /> (d) This use permit shall expire on July 31, 1988 <br />and any request for an extension of time must be supported <br />by findings such as would be required if the use permit was <br />being requested for the first time. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 28, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
