1988-49 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR EMERGENCY <br />MEDICAL AMBULANCE SERVICES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the following fees are hereby established for <br />emergency ambulance services. <br /> <br />Basic transportation services S75.00 per trip <br />Advanced life support services <br />when used in transportation 150.00 per trip <br />Scheduled Inter-City hospital <br />transfers . 200.00 per trip <br />Requests for Transportation services <br />that are subsequently refused as <br />a result of a non-emergency sit- <br />uation <br /> <br />50.00 per trip <br /> <br /> Other fees may be assessed for the replacement of <br />consumable materials and supplies used in the course of <br />providing emergency medical services. Those fees will be <br />established by the contractor. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are to the extent of <br />such conflict hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 3.
