AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ADMISSION TO CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fee for admission to City of Portsmouth <br />Museums shall be one dollar ($1.00) per person for each <br />day. Payment of such fee shall entitle each person to be <br />admitted to any of the museums of the City during normal <br />operating hours on that day. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Manager be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to establish such regulations as he may deem <br />appropriate for the waiver of the hereinabove stated <br />admission fee. <br /> <br /> 3. That the fee hereby established shall not be <br />applicable to any museum containing exhibitions which <br />contractual arrangement preclude a fee for admission. <br /> <br />by <br /> <br /> 4. That all other ordinances or parts thereof in <br />conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are to the <br />extent of such conflict hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 5.
