The caretaker of Portsmouth Sleepy <br />Hole Golf Course may collect the applicable <br />resident fee from nonresident members of fhe <br />Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Association <br />when such nonresident member has been <br />certified by the caretaker as having pro- <br />vided the requisite volunteer time. <br /> <br /> 2.
