Rates for irregular collections. <br /> <br /> Whenever any person requests that garbage or refuse be <br />collected by the City at any time ether than in the course of <br />regularly scheduled routing of garbage trucks, a service <br />charge of eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) per trip shall <br />be imposed and collected. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 14-41 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be, and hereby is, repealed. <br /> <br /> 3.
