AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth <br />hereby reserves unto itself perpetual easements, rights and <br />privileges to install, maintain, operate, and replace gas <br />mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, water <br />mains and laterals, electric power lines and telephone lines <br />within over, under and across those portions of the <br />hereinabove named street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 26, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
