AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $385,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE WIDENING OF ELMHURST LANE AND <br />ADDITION OF SIDEWALKS AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($385,000.)
