1988-23 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, BY AMENDING SECTION 7-25 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO <br />OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS OF CEMETERIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virqinia, that ~7-25 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, be amended ~o read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-25. ODenlng and Closing Hours. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to go onto or enter <br />upon any portion of any City cemetery during the hours when <br />the City cemetery is designated as closed. Hours of openlnq <br />and closing shall be designated by the City Manager, or his <br />designee, and posted therein for public information.
