ARTICLE VI. ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />33-96 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and the Planning Director have been <br />established and created pursuan~ to the provisions of Chapter <br />2 and Chapter 40 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth. <br />Pursuant ~o the express provisions of said Chapters and in <br />accordance with the specific provisions of this Chapter, the <br />Planning Commission, the Planning Director and the City <br />Engineer shall have the powers and duties necessary to carry <br />out the functions assigned to them under this Chapt~ and <br />Code of Virginia. <br /> <br />PORTSMOUTH SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE ---- PAGE 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
