ARTICLE V. FEES <br /> <br />The following fees shall Da paid upon the filing of an <br />application under this Chapter. No application shall De <br />oonaider~ complete unless accompanied Dy the proper fee: <br /> <br />PLAT (SUBDIVISION OR CONDOMINIUM) --- $!0 per <br />dwelling or residential lot, $100 per acre for land <br />zoned commercial or industrial, with a $50 minimum; <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION VARIANCE --- $50 per application: <br /> <br />(c) PLAT VACATION --- $2S per application; <br /> <br />(d) MODIFICATION, RESUBDIVISION, RELOCATION OF LOT LINES <br /> -- same fee as for Plat; <br /> <br />MODIFICATION WITHOUT NEW LOTS OR NEW IMPROVEMENTS -- <br />$50 per application. <br /> <br />Where multiple applications are involved or where one <br />applioation involves multiple review, the fees shall be <br />cumulative.
