Duncan Street <br /> <br /> Ail that certain piece or parcel of land <br /> situate, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, known, designated and described as that <br /> portion of Duncan Street bounded on the west by <br /> the eastern side of Trotter Street and on the <br /> east by the western side of Hyman Street. <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth hereby <br />reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, right and privilege <br />to install, operate, maintain and replace sewer mains, sewer <br />drains, sanitary sewers and electric Dower lines over, under <br />and across the hereinafter described portions of Trotter, <br />Hyman and Duncan Streets. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 25, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
