The services of all City departments, <br />agencies, boards and other commissions shall be made available <br />to the Human Relations Commission for the purposes of carrying <br />out the functions and duties herein set forth. This shall <br />include the use of legal counsel from the office of the City <br />A~torney. <br /> 2.
