AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF <br />BLEACHERS IN THE WOODROW WILSON HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($150,000.)
