AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, reserves unto itself perpetual easements, rights <br />and privileges to install, maintain, operate, and replace gas <br />mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, storm <br />drains, water mains and laterals, electric power lines and <br />telephone lines within, over, under and across that portion <br />of the hereinabove named street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 23, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
