AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $214,010. FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR 20 ADDITIONAL POSITIONS IN THE PORTSMOUTH'SHERIFF'S <br />DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Ten <br />and 00/100 ($214,010.)
