AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $30,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST OF THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WYATT DRIVE (LAKE KINGMAN SERVICE ROAD <br />EXTENSION) FROM WILD DUCK LANE TO COAST GUARD BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.) <br />be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvement Fund for the City's share of the cost of <br />constructioa of Wyatt Drive (Lake Kingman Service Road <br />extension) from Wild Duck Lane to Coast Guard Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 26, 1988. <br /> <br />leste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
