1988-78 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 40-68 (a), 40-68.1 (e) <br />AND 40-69 (a) THEREOF, PERTAINING TO RETAIL OUTLETS ON SITE IN <br />CONJUNCTION WITH WHOLESALE AND MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-68 <br />Pornsmouth, Virginia, 1973, <br />the following described use: <br /> <br /> Retail outlets on site <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> (a) of the Code of the City of <br /> be amended by including therein <br /> <br /> in conjunction with wholesale and <br /> <br />manufacturing <br />(20%) percenn <br />manufacturing <br /> <br />operations, provided not more than twenty <br />of the gross floor area of any wholesale and <br />operations is used as a retail outlet. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 40-68.1 (e) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by including therein <br />the following described use: <br /> <br /> Retail outlets on site in conjunction with wholesale and <br />manufacturing operations, provided not more than twenty (20%] <br />percent of the gross floor area of any wholesale and <br />manufacturing operations is used as a retail outlet. <br /> <br /> 3. That Secnion 40-69 (a) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by including therein <br />the following described use: <br /> <br /> Retail outlets on site in conjunction with wholesale and <br />manufacturing operations, provided not mcre than twenty (20%) <br />percent of the gross floor area of any wholesale and <br />manufacturing operations is used as a retail outlet. <br /> 4.
