AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE S31,621.00. <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PORTSMOUTH SEAWALL <br />PHASE I. <br /> <br />FROM THE CAPITAL <br />LIGHTING PROJECT, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the sum of Thirty One Thousand Six Hundred <br />Twenty One and 00/100 ($31,621.00.)
