AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $492,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES <br />FOR THE EFFINGHAM CORRIDOR FROM 1-264 TO LONDON BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred <br />Ninety-Two Thousand and 00/100 ($492,000.)
