AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECT/ON 40-68 (b) THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO INDUSTRIAL M-1 DISTRICT USES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-68 <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, <br />the following described use: <br /> <br />(b) of the Code of the City of <br />be amended by including therein <br /> <br /> Storage of oxygen and other non-flammable <br />gases in quantities not exceeding five hundred <br />thousand (500,000) cubic feet and non within <br />one hundred (100) feet of any plot line; nor ex- <br />ceeding two hundred (200) cubic feet if the pressure <br />is greaner than one (100) pounds per square inch, <br />but not within fifty (50) feet of any ~lot line. <br /> <br /> 2.
