switchblade knives, ballistic knives, razors, slingshots, <br />brass or metal knucks, blackjacks, stun weapons and tasers, <br />and other weapons used by any person or persons in the <br />commission of a criminal offense, may, upon conviction of <br />such person or persons so using the same, be forfeited to the <br />Commonwealth by order of the court trying the case, which <br />shall make such disposition of such weapons as it deems <br />proper by entry of an order of record. <br /> <br />Section 21,41. <br /> <br />Prohibiting the selling or having in <br />possession blackjacks, etc., except as <br />otherwise provided. <br /> <br /> If any person sells or barters, or exhibits for sale or <br />for barter, or gives or furnishes, or causes to be sold, <br />bartered, given or furnished, or has in his possession, or <br />under his control, with the intent of selling, bartering, <br />giving or furnishing, any blackjack, brass or metal knucks, <br />any disc or whatever configuration having at least two (2) <br />points or pointed blades which is designated to be thrown as <br />a throwing star or oriental dart, switchblade knife, <br />ballistic knife, or like weapons, such person shall be guilty <br />of a Class 4 misdemeanor. The having in one's possession of <br />any such weapon shall be prima facie evidence, except in the <br />case of a conservator of the peace, of his intent to sell, <br />barter, give or furnish the same. <br /> <br />Section 21-81. Profane swearing. <br /> <br /> If any person profanely curses or swears in public, he <br />shall be deemed guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section 21-120. Trespass at night upon church or school <br /> property. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, without the <br />consent of some person authorized to give such consent, to go <br />or enter upon, in the nighttime, the premises or property of <br />any church or upon any school property ~or any purpose other <br />than to attend a meeting or service held or conducted in such <br />church or school property. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful ~or any person to enter upon <br />or remain upon any school property after having been directed <br />to vacate the property by a person authorized to give such <br />direction. <br /> <br /> (c) Any person violating the provisions of this section <br />shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
