Parcel 2 - Property of the City of Portsmouth <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the east side of Deep <br />Creek Boulevard 105' + north from its <br />intersection with the--north right-of-way <br />of Elliott Avenue and thence,e~ast 204' <br />and thence northwest 45' to establish the <br />true point of beginning; thence northeast <br />89.99'; thence northwesterly 36.87'; <br />thence southwesterly 98.47'; thence <br />southerly 80.80' to the true Point of <br />Beginning. <br /> <br />For purposes of this use permit, an automobile storage yard <br />shall be defined as a building or parcel of land used for <br />short term storage of automobiles, light trucks, small <br />trailers, recreational vehicles and small boats. The <br />definition of an automobile storage yard provided for herein <br />does not include stripping, salvaging and storage of junked <br />vehicles or other junk. <br /> <br /> 3. This use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) A six foot (6') solid fence shall be erected <br />along the western, northern and eastern property line and <br />shall be completed within thirty (30) days of City Council's <br />approval of this resolution. <br /> <br /> (b) Upon termination of the lease entered into by <br />the City of Portsmouth and Wesley Frye that portion of the <br />use permit pertaining to City owned property designated as <br />Parcel 2 herein shall expire. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 26, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
