(b) A minimum of twenty-three (23) parking spaces <br />must be provided and the existing parking lot be improved in <br />order to assure compliance with the requirements of ~40-48 of <br />the City Code. <br /> <br /> (c) The south and east boundaries of the Church <br />must be screened from the immediately abutting residential <br />properties in accordance with ~40-44 of the City Code. <br /> <br /> (d) A site plan must be submitted to the Planning <br />Staff for review and approval specifying the outdoor passive <br />recreation area and the screening of the parking lot and <br />Church from the abutting property owners as required herein. <br /> <br /> (e) The a~plicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, policies and regulations of federal, state <br />and local governments and shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and permits including, but not limited to, a license from the <br />Virginia Department of Social Services, prior to the <br />commencement of operations. <br /> <br /> (f) The Certificate of Occupancy <br />shall not be issued until all conditions of <br />have been met. <br /> <br />for the premises <br />this use permit <br /> <br /> (g) The use permit will not become effective until <br />the alley encroachments are corrected. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 12, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
