UP-89-1 <br /> <br /> 705-707 Yorktown Avenue being more <br />particularly described as Tax Map 113, Parcels <br />34, 35, 36, 62 and 62.1. <br /> <br /> 703-705 Jamestown Avenue ~being more <br />particularly described as Tax Map 169, Parcels <br />81, 82 and 83. <br /> <br /> (2) This use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That automobiles may not be sheared or <br />crushed at the location. <br /> <br /> (b) That automobile skeletons shall not be <br />permanently stored on the property. <br /> <br /> (c) That all junk automobiles awaiting <br />dismantling and automobile skeletons awaiting removal and <br />all other junk or automobiIe parts being stored on the <br />premises shall be stored within the fence compound and that <br />no temporary storage outside the fence of the compound area <br />will be permitted. <br /> <br /> (d) A six (6) foot high fence meeting the <br />requirements of S40-69 (b) of the Code must be erected <br />along Jamestown Avenue and be maintained in accordance with <br />the requirements thereof, and a six (6) foot high chain link <br />fence be maintained around the balance of the premises. <br /> <br /> (e) Five (5) off-street parking spaces must be <br />provided. <br /> <br /> (f) This use permit shall become effective on May <br />31, 1989 if conditions (d) and (e) noted herein have been <br />complied with. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 28, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
